Bulk Data API Error

Hello,

 

Anyone using bulk data ever receive the following error?

 

{"message":"getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND"}

 

We've run our informatica job all day in 24 hour increments increment data. We are now attempting to troubleshoot missing data for a one day period with my manual CURL script versus what out automated script is pulling. My manual CURL script that worked before the automation was working but now receives following error mentioned above. The automation process also receives the same error. Not clear if the api server is up, or if there is a limit that we might have stumbled on?

    Hi Tim

     

    Any chance this error happened yesterday.  We had a brief outage on the API proxy which would have blocked access for an hour, but the service is back up now.  But if this issue is still occurring, please file a Lithium support ticket so we can appropriately track the investigation.  

     

    And sorry this happened while you were doing your historic data extracts.

    NaokiT Yes, we tried on 3/16 around 4:45PM PST.

     

    I tried again this morning 3/17 @ 7:50AM PST and received the same error. If the API server is down is this the typical error message?
