Custom Q and A Page

Hi

 

I've been using Custom Pages for quite a while but now I'm struggling with a custom Q and A Page. In Studio I created 2 pages, namely QandAPage.XYZ and QandACategoryPage.XYZ. When I go to my Q & A node in the admin interface and there to Content --> Custom Pages I see all other custom pages I made (e.g. BlogPage.XYZ) but not the QandA.... pages. 

 

I guess I'm missing something really basic.

    This is something that Lithium Professional Services can enable, or most likely through a Lithium support ticket to make these pages visible as options in the admin console. Then you will be able to apply your custom layouts.

    Can you check following:

    1. Access your page in browser and see if it is still working, I guess it might have been deleted by mistake.

    2. if not, try typing in the name of your lost custom page in the popup where you select the pages.

    Yes, I did and it is still showing up in Studio. However, in the Administrator Area I have no possibility to choose my custom page for the Q and A Page. 

     

    I opened a case with Lithium and I'll keep you posted asap I get a reply.
