Display name for migrated users in S.S.O.

In which scenarios, Interstitial page will pop up. Interstitial page is the one which is used to set the display name of the user when he logs in for the first time.

We want the interstial page to popup for the migrated users as well as the registered users whenever they login to the community for the first time.
