Floating threads option not coming in the threads dropdown

We have an issue on our stage where we are not able to see the Floating threads option on the options dropdown. Any way I could have disabled it? I havent made any changes related to it and the float option was coming early on but is not coming now for admin also. I need both options, float threads for all users and float topic to top.

    The option to float is part of the topic menu. It's a bit hard to tell but from the screenshot it looks like you may be using the message menu.  Here is an example from this very post

    Scroll to the top of the page, and look at the options menu next to the reply button - that's where the float option is.
