Good suggestions from Nathan. I think it really comes down to what is meant by "frequented". Is it visits, number of posts, something else? As Nathan suggested, you could probably leverage the metrics methods to figure out views for each board by the user. If you were interested in posts, there's a method to count the number of posts a user has made in a given board:
You would still have to loop through each board for the user.
