Can I configure somewhere in the community a general mail signature (image, text, links, etc.) for the mails that are sent on standard notifications from the community?
In the Studio under "Community Text" I only found templates (
email_content.template.guest_review_comment_link.text_content, email_content.template.guest_review_link.text_content etc.) but no central signature.
Are you talking about email notifications that are set up in Staging> Studio> Text Editor> Email Text?
Correct, it's about the emails.
However, I can't find an entry for configuring a signature that is attached to all mails.
I add it to each template separately.

And there is no other way than to add it manually in each template as text and HTML? 🤔

sbu, Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a common signature to all email templates without having to manually modify each one separately.
Too bad, maybe the feature will come soon?

You could add it as a text key, then include the text key in the email templates. That makes it easier for future updates, but still need to update each template individually.
You can also cut the amount of work down by only updating the most commonly triggered email templates (a lot of them are barely ever used, if ever at all).
