HERO - Where the junk is this "Welcome to our Community" hero defined? (when logged out)

When the user is logged out, they see this Hero page. 

2 things:

  1. I'd like to change the text, but don't see it in Text Editor.
  2. I'd like this to be the header for logged in users as well (and will stash the user stats elsewhere)

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

    For logged out users, the message is pulled from Admin > Content > Announcements > Welcome/Featured Content text.  For logged in users, the top bold portion of the message is the text key general.welcome, and the bottom portion is the text key theme-lib.hero-welcome.text.

    Ahhh thanks!  I previously found the latter two in the text editor, which really led to some baffling when I couldn't find the announcement text in there.
