Hi,Has anyone implemented a support ticketing system like Lithosphere?

Hi,

We use Bugzilla for our support ticketing system. We would like to implement the ticketing system for our community. The user experience will be just like support ticket like Lithium but Bugzilla will be the backend. We thought of couple of ways but I was wondering if someone has done similar implementation.

Thanks in advance.

 

Option 1 - Create UI in community and export and import data to bugzilla or other ticketing sustem

Option 2 - Serve Bugzilla in a white window in Lithium page

Option 3 - Send users to Bugzilla for filing bugs as soon as they click "done" they jump back to community.

 

Thoughts?

    This is an iteresting question. Sorry for the deluded response, but...

     

    1. Is there some reason a board will not accomplish your goals? (Community participation in support cases)
    2. Is there some reason Lithium's current support specific products do not meet your needs?
