Receiving Upstream Error on trying to connect with the Khoros API

I am trying to connect an external app to use Khoros API, the app uses OAuth 2.0 flow. 

It seems like it passes the first step authorization and gets the auth code back but errors out in the middle with API upstream error.



Any ideas why this error might occur?

    akshays The error appears to be coming from api.talkdeskapp.com, so we wouldn’t have any visibility into errors occurring there. I'd recommend checking with the provider of that service to see if there are any logs or debugging that could help.
