Can you try turning off helpfulness from community admin for that particular TKB?
Admin - Choose( particular TKB where you want to turn off this off) - Features - Ratings. Remove the tkb_helpfulness from Supported rating styles. SS below.

If i remove that component, will Rate this content wording present in blue section gets deleted??
t@ssalamand - I believe there was a bit misunderstanding, I thought you wanted to remove the full component.
To remove the wording just follow below steps.
1. Navigate to studio
2. Navigate to Text Editor.
Search for the text string you want to remove. SS below.
And define the text key under Text Properties with blank value as tsrisudh mentioned.
