REST API method to set a post time for messages being programmatically added to Lithium

I am working on migrating forum and knowledge base content from another source into Lithium.

Is there a method using the REST API to set post time to the original time from the source content.

I want to preserve the data and time the migrated content was originally created.

I have tried setting message.post_time and message.last_edit_time with no success.

 

As these are older posts from other sources that are being migrated I do not want them to show up as new posts.

    Hi wsurguy

     

    as far as I am aware - this is not possible via the API. However you can get in touch with your Lithium manger and see if this is something that can be done via an ad-hoc migration via Professional Services.
