Skin SASS customization

Just trying to create a new skin from scratch and have the ability to edit the SASS and can't see a setting to accomplish this. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi suffrage 

    As you've found, you'll need to be using a skin with Responsive Base or Responsive Peak as a parent in order to do Sass customizations in Studio (or the SDK). At this point, Responsive skins and customization should be done in conjunction with Lithium Services. They can help you understand more about Sass customization. We'll have public beta documentation for this in a the next couple of months.

      It does have a Saas tab, but only alerts me that "Sass customizations are not allowed in this skin." If I change the parent to something like the Responsive Base skin, saas customization is allowed.
