Can anybody help me with how we are migrating sso users in the community?

Are you are moving your Community to SSO?
Are you merging member accounts from outside Community? If not, this makes things slightly easier.
Generally SSO is something that Khoros PS assist with. There is no plug and play self-service SSO. Although a lot can be done in-house at a minimum you'll need some assistance from Support to configure SSO.
The most important thing is the user experience and process moving users from one identity authority to another, users don't like it when something changes, so the transition (assuming you are moving from non-SSO to SSO) needs to be as seamless as possible.

Yes, you are right we are moving from non sso to sso.
We have sso enabled in our new khoros community.
