When does Khoros expect Localization support to be completed, or in preview/beta?

This is blocking us and it seems to be slipping/pushed back based on previously shared dates a few times?

I'm assuming Localization includes Top Level Categories but if not, that feature in particular is our blocker so I'd love to get an update on where this is in the development pipeline
