We are in the process of making some UI enhancements to our email digests. As there are several different digest types, I'd like to know metrics around the current digest engagement so we can prioritize which digests to update and understand if this is even something we should be spending time on Some examples of metrics that would be helpful to see: # of users subscribed to receive email notifications # of users subscribed to each notification frequency (immediate, weekly, etc) Clicks on unsubscribe from an email digest CTR from the digest into Community Does this (or any level) of email notification data exist in Khoros? If not, has anyone found other ways of measuring the success of email notifications?
