Could you kindly share the environment details so we can further investigate this on your community's instance? Re: Board pages are not appearing in the sitemap Blandine Could you please let us know the reason for including the overview pages on the sitemap? We believe that threads are more relevant for indexing, and they are indeed indexed. You could reach out to the support team for help, but then you would have ONLY the nodes on the sitemap and no longer the individual threads. Ultimately, it depends on what you would like to have indexed. That said, the threads contain more relevant information for search engines compared to the overview pages. Re: Aurora: Searching in the community MSmith_iTalent Yes, that's expected behaviour. You can either navigate to the respective content from the list or press Enter to navigate to the Search results page and explore more search options. The search icon itself is not clickable after entering text or keyword in the search field. Re: Aurora: Searching in the community MSmith_iTalent You may navigate to specific content by selecting it from the list or press Enter to go to the Search results page for additional options. Please note that the search icon itself is not clickable; only items within the list can be selected by clicking on that. Re: Khoros Communities: Aurora 24.08 Release Notes MSmith_iTalent I'm sorry, that's not expected behaviour. Users can register with usernames that include underscores, and the expected behaviour is it should also be possible to edit usernames to include underscores. However, we are currently experiencing some issues with editing usernames that include underscore and dash. A ticket has been filed for this, and we are working on a solution. Re: Khoros Communities: Aurora 24.08 Release Notes MSmith_iTalent Yes, it is expected. Re: Whoops: Reply moved to New Topic. Can I put it back? Yes, you can achieve that by following the merging topics method. Here is the link to the article: Merge two topics together | Atlas Re: Using the Khoros Community Case Portal Hi_wang It looks like this issue has been resolved. Are you still experiencing any difficulties when clicking on a case? Re: Escalating Support Cases mbfpomar We’re sorry to hear you’re encountering this problem. To investigate further and find a resolution, could you please create a support ticket if you haven’t done so already? It would be helpful to include details like the instance URL, your username, and an example conversation in the ticket. Re: Classic Communities 24.07 Release Notes You are welcome!
