Hi everyone. Hope everyone is making it through every day #atHome and that you are all safe and healthy. Wanted to post a quick question here. We're testing PM V3 on stage and noticed that the order of replies is not exactly what we expected where the latest reply is at the bottom of the threaded view. Is there a way to change this so the latest reply comes on top? We want it to be more like email style and not like FB style so to say. Thanks Wendy

We're launching our first group hub this week to create a place for experts and employees to share tips and tricks on working remotely due to the global situation. We're very excited indeed with this opportunity since we can combine a Forum with a Knowledgebase all on the same subject and we can use the right rail on the page for additional sources of information. We're doing an agile implementation, we started talking about this last week and are launching this week, so we will learn as we go. Hope to be sharing some best practices soon. Cheers & Stay Safe. Oh, but then that page is populated after a banned user tries to sign in, right? It is not like you are hiding the sign in option. Perhaps there is a way to show a custom page when user logging in matches status = banned...

Tricky question... I am not sure if it would be because you would need a parameter in order to hide something from a banned user. And I think you only have those parameters about a user once they log in. Before that, they are simply anonymous users. You don't have anything to go on, so you can't hide the register/sign in option but this is me guessing. Now, I am curious to learn as well. Good luck! Wendy

We have build this custom page here for recent discussions and added sorting options and filters to view posts without a response, without solution etc. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/RecentDiscussions This requires a little development but I just want to say that you can build a solution matching your needs if needed. Our page was build with the help of Grazitti development. Good luck in this crazy time! Wendy
