Is it possible to use date based activity with an activity based badge? We have an existing community with a lot of registered members and I would like to start issuing badges for activities, but only for activity starting today. In my tests on Stage as soon as I add an activity based badge it is automatically awarded to members who have completed the activity already. The page you are editing is the template which is used for all of those page types, so what you need to do is Duplicate the template page and then customize that version only. Thank you for the webinar, it was very helpful. In the Q and A we talked about spammer's IP addresses not always being visible, we have a new account today that looks suspect and they have no recorded IP even though they have posted 4 comments across multiple topics. As admin I switched to their profile and in the Security and Account section it reports no IP addresses are recorded. This feels like a bug.45Views1like1CommentRe: Aurora: Move content between boards
On Classic we often move posts from a forum to the idea board because what the member is asking for help with is not supported yet. We can tell them to repost it as an Idea, but some customers get offended by that and we try to be more customer centric than that. Also, not being able to merge discussions will become frustrating. When there's an issue happen members often create new posts when there is one that exists already so we merge them to keep things tidy and so we don't have to post the same reply multiple times32Views2likes0CommentsInclude user's email with their post
We currently pull community posts into Qualtrics along with basic metrics and I would like to start capturing the email address of the community member that posted the topic as well.
