editable content in react or handlebars component
Is it possible to make components content editable in the designer? I want to create a component with a specific layout that the moderator can easily change in the designer. This way a developer isn't always needed to do a text change.8Views0likes1CommentUsing css in widget or styling out of the box components
I was wondering if it is possible to add a css file to a widget created in the designer. I know that this is possible when creating a handlebars component but when changing a widget in the code you can't add the css file as far as I can tell. I'm trying to create a component that is easily editable by our administrator, that's why I was thinking of using a widget created in designer. I don't know how easy or possible it is to add editable content in a handlebars or react component. If this is possible than that would also be an option. Anybody knows how to tackle this or where to find the correct information?21Views1like1CommentAurora Email Templates
Hi everyone, I am new to GraphQL, so please forgive any silly questions here. I've successfully set myself up in Postman, and can retrieve email templates. I understand the documentation here about the process of updating a template, but I am hung up on viewing the HTML within each template so that I might edit that. My end goal, hopefully, is to be able to glean the variable for a post title within say, the Mentions template, and put that into the Subject of the email. So instead of "{User} mentioned you on {Community Title}" I would ideally have a subject that says "{User} mentioned you in the thread {Post Title}" I would also like to edit other pieces of other emails, but looking to cut my teeth on this one. Has anyone had success making a change like this on Aurora, and might be able to point me in the right direction? Thank you!124Views1like5CommentsDate Limit in Bulk API v2 and Error with 7-Day Intervals
Hey everyone, I have a quick question about the Date Limit in Bulk API v2. I'm trying to pull data for the last 24 months, but I found that Khoros seems to have a date limitation. Is it true that you can only pull data for either 7 days or 30 days at a time? I think I can only pull data for 7 days—any chance we can change it to 30 days? Another issue I'm running into is when I try to loop through the 7-day intervals for the past 24 months, I get this error: "Error DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api.lithium.com/lsi-data/v1/data/export/community/logrhythm.prod?fromDate=20230401&toDate=20230430' (400): Bad Request" Can anyone share how you worked around the date limitation? I was looking at the API documentation, but didn’t find much that helped. Thanks!30Views0likes0CommentsDisallowed Dependencies Issue in Khoros Aurora Build

Hi, Is there some sort of click listener or event that can be passed in the front end that can be picked up by Google Tag Manager when a user completes their registration (after successfully submitting their username)? Can we apply an event to the complete registration toast? If so, what is the best way to do this? Is there another way that we can track complete registrations in Google Analytics? Hello developer friends! I am newer to GitHub, so please forgive me if I use the wrong terms here. :) I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to "roll back" stage changes to bring staging back in line with prod on a regular basis? I've searched for how to do this more broadly, but what I've found doesn't seem to align well with a situation like Khoros, where there are a few developer admins with GitHub access, but everyone else is making changes directly on the site UI. Essentially, I want to be able to "undo" any unnecessary changes on Stage from people testing or experimenting before say, a Khoros update, so that we can test the new version with the site mirroring Prod as closely as possible. Any advice is welcome - and thanks in advance! :)94Views0likes2CommentsGoogle Tag Manager and Google Analytics Setup in Aurora platform
