Please link to the case portal in case-update emails
It's so frustrating to not be able to click from the case-update emails to the case portal (ideally, directly to the case in question, but at a minimum just to the case portal.) I know this has been discussed elsewhere, but it's deep in a discussion thread / blog comment thread so I figured I'd pull it out as an individual idea. (the link to "case portal" in the screenshot above is broken. Super annoying)35Views2likes2CommentsAurora: Add co-authors to blog posts
Recognizing co-authors along with the main author is a way to acknowledge everyone who contributes to a piece of content and enhance the overall quality and credibility of the content. It also encourages collaboration and fosters a sense of community among contributors and readers. If you have the BlogAuthor or Admin role, you can add members as co-authors for published blog posts or to drafts. All co-authors automatically receive editing permissions for the blog post they are added to. After you publish the blog post, the author and the list of co-authors is displayed. You can also view these actions in the history view of the blog post Related topic: Remove co-authors from blog posts106Views0likes3CommentsCase Portal: Bar across the top looks like a search bar
I'm on a roll w/ Case Portal feedback... (see Case Portal feedback: "Clear filters" button is poorly placed | Atlas ) - here's another UI oddity that got me today: The bar across the top, which just has the count of cases in it, really looks like it could be a search bar. I have found myself trying to type into it a few times. See screenshot.36Views2likes2CommentsAtlas Suggestions is empty when not logged in
Atlas Suggestions (this board that we are in now - Atlas Suggestions | Atlas) has strange permissions. It appears to be empty when you are not logged in. See screenshot. I'd suggest that either the board and its content are available to all, or the board and its content should be completely hidden unless logged in (or set up as a customer; whatever you want the permissions to be). It's odd to have the board visible but not its contents.17Views0likes1CommentLinks to community.lithium.com seem to be redirecting incorrectly
Looks like the redirect setup for community.lithium.com isn't working properly. For example, in this document: Change how the shared topic appears on Facebook | Atlas there is a link to https://community.lithium.com/t5/Integrating-with-Facebook/Set-the-default-image-on-Facebook/ta-p/35864?_ga=2.161328253.1506059511.1733615016-36092016.1667250793 (with text "OpenGraph meta tags") When I click this link, I end up redirected to: https://community.khoros.comhttps//community.lithium.com/kb/-/Set-the-default-image-on-Facebook/35864 Which is, of course, not a valid link. I have been researching some CSS optimization on Khoros Classic for some 30 minutes here on Atlas. This was made harder by the fact that I cannot use external search engines any longer to search Atlas. See End the Google moratorium older Khoros Classic Community Release Notes obviously being archived. The latter is actually much worse of those two challenges, because Release Notes often contain the only documentation about features and functionality that was new or changed in that release. I can only hope this was an oversight when using mass archiving, but please bring back the Classic Release Notes ASAP. E.g. https://community.khoros.com/t5/Khoros-Community-Release-Notes/Khoros-Communities-19-7-Release-Notes/ba-p/538709#performance Seems the oldes Release Notes still available today is 20.8 which I only found by clicking through the pagination: Release Notes and Info - Page 4 - Atlas (khoros.com)133Views6likes8Comments
