We opted into 26.4 on 30 Jul, by 6 Aug we still hadn't been upgraded on staging and put in a support ticket which confirmed the rollout had occurred on 3 Aug but our instance hadn't been upgraded, as of today 11 Aug our staging environment is still on 26.2.
I know Ignite Tech have put a lot of work into improving releases, sucks that it's still not a seamless experience
Thank you for sharing that information and acknowledging our efforts. I'll definitely be following along on what the cause was and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
We're working on making it as seamless as possible - every situation like this is always a good learning experience to see where the gaps are :D
