The "best practices" that are covered in a Lithium launch run in parallel to the design / implementation track part of the project.
If Lithium is running the launch, the Litihum Social Solutions Consultants (SSCs) typically have 4-6 meetings with the customer during the launch to cover best practices in the Community Management discipline.
If a Lithium partner is running the launch, an SSC from the Lithium Services team will join the partner's team and head-up the Best Practices / Community Management track within the partner-led launch. In that case, usually (but not always) there is only 1 best practices meeting as opposed to 4-6 meetings.
OK..
So there would be meetings for every community project regarding best practices.
so it differs from project to projects.
but there would be some standard best practices or general best practices that has to be followed by customers. Can you please share...
and thanks for showing interest in my query.
- JakeR12 years agoKhoros OracleYes, there are standard best practices that are introduced to a customer during a launch, and it is a pretty large conversation (or series of conversations, if applicable).
For additional details I suggest getting in touch with your Lithium Account Manager so you can see what a standard SOW looks like around the delivery of this Lithium Service. hey JakeR,
thanks for your valuable suggestion.
Do you have any document or link to any knowledge base which will have a brief idea about how the community launches are done in best way??- JakeR12 years agoKhoros Oracle
As a general policy, I dont think we put Statement of Work documents on the Lithosphere (even the template).
I always think that the SOW is the best high-level view of the Lithium Launch Process. Of course there are a million little details that are subsequently shared with a customer once they have assigned resources to the project (Project Manager, Community Manager, etc), but it all starts with a concise and descriptive SOW.
Again, if you'd like to see the best "starter document", I'd begin with your SOW. Your best resource for that is your Lithium Account Manager.
