Detailed description of node via rest API call

Hi All,

I want the Detail Description of node using rest API call.

Currently I am using the below rest call:

http://<community_url>/restapi/vc/boards/id/<board_id>

but I did not get the Detail Description in its XML response. 

I also used the rest v2 call :

Query used : select * from boards

Here also i did not get Detail Description in its JSON response.

So, please let me know if there is any way.
