Hello does anyone know how come when I am using an iframe to display a video from twentythree it shows as a preview when creating a post but the second I post it nothing appears in the community just a big blank post. FYI youtube videos work via the same embed code but doesn't with our 23 account.
Open a support ticket and ask them to add this to the embeddly video provider https://embed.ly/provider/twentythree
Once they do, do not use iframes but instead use the video embed option found in the post editor.
Otherwise - It’s hard to say for certain. Iframes are difficult in todays world as best I understand it so issues could be on either end.
StanGromer, I had to check with tavasjn24 because one of our staff member had addressed it in Healdesk as it was a styling issue.
