REST call for tabs component in ideas exchange page

OK, so the tabs on this page: http://www.forums.bestbuy.com/t5/ideas/v2/ideaexchangepage/blog-id/IdeaX/tab/most-kudoed  is what I'm referring to. "Hot Ideas", "Top Ideas", "New Ideas".  I see the component name as "tabs" when I look at it on the page layout. However, I see now sign of this component in the left nav to add to the page. I wanted to click the "information" for the component.

What I really want to know anyway, is what is the REST call for each one of the three separate tabs?  And if you get them to me, what steps did you go through to get me the answer (I'm still struggling with lithium documentation).
