It is good information. cc: @LauraYe However, I think I might have made this confusing by selecting the gamification label for the post, not that it is not about gamification. It is, but not within Khoros gamification. We run an additional Gamification program outside Khoros Gamification features. We currently rely on the data we can pull from User Reports and Analytics in order to drive our own internal gamification. In any case, about the "Net Solved by Others", this is a measure that takes in consideration the full conversation. We are actually looking for distinguishing at individual post level. We need to distinguish between: 1. Response post marked as solution by same user who wrote the response post. 2. Response post marked as solution by other users than the response post author. The reason for this need is that we allow internal users to mark any posts with known solutions as "Accepted Solutions" when they come across a known solution for the original inquiry, and there's no feedback from the original inquiry's author.
