@Andre_Sostizzo Query Builder is being planned for end of H1, 2022. Query Builder will provide a bunch of pre-defined filters that can be used to pull custom reports such as the list of users who provided accepted solutions to topics created in a specified time range.  @karolinalinda I'm assuming you're referring to the the 3rd use case here. @CarlaA , from what I've seen you may need to know which posts have the solutions from the Ambassador's before hand, then you can pull the data for those posts/topics. I've posted my concern about not having an association between an authored solution with the topic under Need to know the authors (or rank) of Solutions for Topics created within a period . I have not yet tried the workaround that was suggested. ... View more

Rate of solutions provided by employees and how to control it.

The latest challenge has been to determine how many "Solution Authored" should be coming from Support engineers or other employees versus other community members. Currently our estimate is that 25% being provided by employees overall should allow for other community users to participate and share their knowledge. We are also questioning if implementing a waiting period before having employees answer posts is the best approach to staying at the "25% solutions provided by employee" target.  Anyone has implemented a waiting period or worked out these targets?
