We are excited to announce that the user interface of Khoros Care (formerly Lithium SMM/Response) will be getting a visual refresh. This move to the new Khoros branding will modernize the look and feel, and improve some accessibility issues.

perryn1jbrons Currently it does not support the moderation of comments on paid posts. We will be reviewing this capability with the Tiktok Ads API.

louisamartinThe new login screen is rolling out in the next few days. We do not have a timeline to communicate changes to other areas of the application. The Agent view and login screens are the main focus.

This is something that Lithium Professional Services can enable, or most likely through a Lithium support ticket to make these pages visible as options inthe admin console. Then you will be able to apply your custom layouts.

Unfortunately, recent "Review-Comments" to "Product Reviews"is not displayed in any core components that I am aware of (only a recentProduct Reviews component for the landing page and the User Profile page is what is surfaced as product information on community pages). Review-Comments are only being displayed in the R&R ActiveCast widget. Roping in ShananDfor visibility as currently there is not a direct way to get only the latest comments to Product Reviews. Also notifing JeffYas perhapsit could evenutally be handled by the new V2 Rest API?

Thanks P-Dub! This is exactly what I was looking for using the exact same prettyphoto code. I did a test on the stage and the code works for videos and photos posted in a TKB article. It does add a formal level of polish to the presentation of official TKB content.

Lightbox for Video and Photos
A customer is looking to have TKB articles display photos and videos in a Lightbox when selected. Would it be possible add suport for this functionality to our app via something like this: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/ If yes, would the client need to manually edit each video/photo link in an article? Or could we customize the WYSIWYG toolbar to add new InsertVideo/Photo buttons that automatically use this new lightbox code?
