Hi,
We are unable to see TKB's and Idea Boards in the Community Structure in one of our Demo Instance. Is there any settings need to enable or we need to contact support team to activate it.

Have you checked that the boards are not hidden from lists and menus?
This can be an easy one to overlook but if you navigate to Community Admin > Structure and select the properties for the boards in question you should see whether they are hidden, if they are simply uncheck that box.

This could be a backend configuration issue with the environment. I'd recommend raising a Support Case, hopefully it should be a quick fix for you.
