We are pleased to extend early access to this API to our customers inside the Khoros Marketing platform.Now Available: SRT file support for video publishing
What is this? Customers will now have the option to add SRT files while publishing videos in Khoros. This feature will be available for Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter. When would the user use this? This feature will be useful if the user would like to add captions to videos that are being published from Khoros. This sounds great! Where can I find it? A new option called ‘Captions’ will be available under the message box once the video is uploaded into the publishing window.
