I've got a fun question for you all: How has your community contributed to your company becoming more Experience-Driven?
We're looking to become even more customer-centric/customer focused and I was curious how you all utilized your community to reach this deliverable?
I know the basis of community is to provide a valuable experience, but I have a hard time understanding and/or translating this to benefit the company overall.
