Product Search does not work for product names such as "FE 75-33-44" because it requires 3 characters in the search string, and whitespace is ignored, the search fails at "FE " because dashes/hyphens are ignored, the number sequence will fail as well How to improve this: Have a <modelNumber> object in the XML. There is already a <manufacturer> why not have a part number as well. Include in the search. Have a <synonyms> object in the XML to list synonyms that should return this product in a search The <title> object is what should always be displayed to the user, regardless of how we are searching There are some hacks to sort-of get around this, but they all result in showing the product to consumers in ways that denigrate the brand.

Say, I think it woud be very nice to have the pagination at the top of search results as well. I'd prefer not to have to scroll all the way back down a page to go to the next page.   Thanks 🙂

Hi,   On Tuesday I was almost totally ignorant of SCRM and all that it portends for business.  Yesterday, out of curiosity, I signed up for the Virtual Summit, and was amazed at what I learned.  So I signed up and am trying to get more up to speed, using this community and others.  There's lots of foreign terms for a novice like me.  Is there some way to implement a "Terms for Dummies," where one can look up the meaning of the vast array of new words I am exposed to?
