Can the .json extension please be added to the permitted attachment extensions list for cases in the Khoros Atlas Case Portal? It is fairly frustrating to need to either zip up or append a .txt extension to any JSON files that we need to provide in... See more...
Can the .json extension please be added to the permitted attachment extensions list for cases in the Khoros Atlas Case Portal? It is fairly frustrating to need to either zip up or append a .txt extension to any JSON files that we need to provide in our support cases, only to then need to remove the extraneous extension after uploading so our IDEs stop spamming us with errors and/or remove our syntax highlighting. I'm actually fairly surprised that the JSON extension is not already enabled with it being such a common format for Khoros data such as API v2 output, etc. Thanks!

Hello Khoros team, The redesigned site is simply awesome! Just observed the following - maybe you could take a quick look. 1. The information / warning message on the pink strip below the navigation is not visible. See screenshot below: I can see it only when I zoom to 125% on my laptop.  2. I can't see all the menu items under 'Atlas Hub' and there is no scroll bar either. I can see all the options only when I zoom to 80% on my laptop. Thanks, Srujana.

See this content mention as an example: Content Mentions - No email notification?   This is actually a platform bug so would be great to get it fixed on the base responsive skin.

Hi! I just noticed that the support forum has odd ordering on posts - it's not evident which is the initial post and which are the replies, as the most recent reply seems to appear first. Perhaps this is a result of the way you display the most recent comment first on a support ticket? There seems to be no way to delete a photo that has been uploaded to ones profile on this site. There should be a way to delete/remove photos. Steps to reproduce: - Log in, - Go to your profile (select "my profile" in top right corner) - select "upload an image" - upload a profile banner or a profile photo - browse every corner of the profile and settings areas and discover there is no option to allow any photo you uploaded to be deleted.   Please add a way for photos to be removed.

Banner appears on home page has margin from top which  left some white space between banner and header bar navigation. I  am using android mobile where I captured some screenshots for banner in home page.

I just want to say congratulations to Andy and the larger Lithium team on the best redesign (or, rather, current design) of our community that I've ever seen.  I love the new UI organization / layout, the new structure (boards, blogs, etc), and the navigation elements;  search in the way upper righthand corner, the clean navigation in the header, and widely-spaced clear breadcrumb, and lots of other things I'm just discovering.   Seriously, this is great.  Kudos.

As many of you know, the Lithium Platform has been around for quite a few years now and has lots of features. Sometimes, people tend to forget about features that are actually quite handy.  In this case, I wanted to call out a feature that has been in the platform for years but I had forgotten about it, mainly because I have worked on a lot of communities in recent years that have customized landing pages etc.   Did you know you can float a Discussion Style Node (Forum, Blog, TKB, Idea Exchange, Q&A, Contests and Groups)?   Simply browse to your favourite areas, go to the node level (e.g. board) options and choose “Float this item to the top”. This area will now appear at the top of your board listings.     To remove floated discussion styles, follow the same process. Go to the Options at the top of the page and the option will have changed to Unfloat this Item.   This purpose of this feature varies; for example, expert users may want their areas to reach product managers who would like to monitor their own areas of expertise among others.   Should you have any questions about this feature, please do not hesitate to ask. Additionally, please expound upon any frequently used features or features you feel are under-utilized. Would love to hear from you.
