I've been having trouble with Atlas on my iPhone (Safari). It logs me out frequently (probably once a day?). When I try to log in (with the correct credentials; they're saved in 1Password and work fine on my desktop), it says "please correct the highlighted fields" but there aren't any highlighted fields to correct. Sometimes, eventually, magically, after a couple of page refreshes I am logged in. Is anyone else having similar trouble? I suppose my "idea" here is - make the login work as expected on mobile, and don't log me out so frequently?

Please find a way to add Atlas to the menu: Users should easily be able to toggle to and from Atlas.  For example, if I'm in marketing, I want to go to the same menu to find Atlas as I would Care.  Accessing and logging into Atlas right now does... See more...
Please find a way to add Atlas to the menu: Users should easily be able to toggle to and from Atlas.  For example, if I'm in marketing, I want to go to the same menu to find Atlas as I would Care.  Accessing and logging into Atlas right now does not make sense.

We have added different Idea statuses to our Idea exchanges outside the statuses that come OOB. When a new idea board is created in a hub, these statuses are not defaulted to that board and we have to add them manually. It would be great if the custom statuses we added were able to be defaulted to all new idea boards rather than rememebering or knowing to add them manually after the idea board is created.

I live off the feed on the main page of Atlas, yet keep missing out on things in the Aurora EA group. Any reason that’s hidden from feeds?  Can it not be?  I’ll participate more!

It is currently very difficult to share FreeMarker files within a post/thread (when the data is too large to comfortably be added in a code snippet) due to the ftl, txt, and zip file extensions not being permitted. For example, I was trying to share two FreeMarker files in a Developer Discussion thread, but got an error when trying to attach the two .ftl files.  I then renamed the files to have .txt extensions and tried attaching them, but got another error. Next, I added both of the .ftl files into a zip archive and tried to attach said zip file, but this resulted in an error as well. I eventually had to host the two files within a GitHub repo and share hyperlinks to them. It shouldn't be this hard to contribute FreeMarker content on Atlas.  Please add at least the ftl extension as a permitted attachment extension in Community Admin.

This has been happening forever, so I figure I'll finally say something When you open the dev site, and go to search, "community" is never an option.  It only becomes an option if you drill down to the community sub section, then click search, and now it appears as a filter.      
I dislike how often I have to use the pagination on Atlas. Seems like you could easily show more replies per page. We have something like 100 replies per page on our site on our community, and our pages still load plenty fast. Cheers!

Unless we are missing it on our team, the registration process for Atlas is the most confusing ever. I've gone through this with 3 new folks who I have told to "Go register at Khoros" and they get lost. 1) A new user who has absolutely no idea wh... See more...
Unless we are missing it on our team, the registration process for Atlas is the most confusing ever. I've gone through this with 3 new folks who I have told to "Go register at Khoros" and they get lost. 1) A new user who has absolutely no idea what any of this is must first make a choice 2) Once they probably get to the "sign in" option they must make yet another choice, again, remember, this user has little to no idea what "Khoros" is 3) Okay, so clearly I am not marketing after trying all of that (Why is marketing the default/first choice?), so I finally choose "all other users" - Now I am stuck.  Why? Because there is still no "Registration" button..... Oh wait... it is truly there, it's just below the fold.... but you can't see that in my screenshot, just as nobody else would.   Thanks for attending my 8am Stan talk.
Hi Team, There is loader image on notifications feed page, which is always displaying at the bottom of the page without clicking on show more or any link on the page.          
Please do not pop a modal overlay soliciting feedback while I'm trying to read the article.

Can the .json extension please be added to the permitted attachment extensions list for cases in the Khoros Atlas Case Portal? It is fairly frustrating to need to either zip up or append a .txt extension to any JSON files that we need to provide in our support cases, only to then need to remove the extraneous extension after uploading so our IDEs stop spamming us with errors and/or remove our syntax highlighting. I'm actually fairly surprised that the JSON extension is not already enabled with it being such a common format for Khoros data such as API v2 output, etc. Thanks!

I really prefer to sort my support cases (with all vendors and even with our own customers/end-users) by the recent activity timestamp so I can make sure I'm aware of the most recent updates that have been provided in the cases. In the Atlas Case Portal, the "Last Case Comment" field is currently not sortable and therefore this is not possible.  (I swear it used to be a sortable column before the latest redesign or back in the Lithosphere days, but I could be wrong.) Can this field be made sortable please so we can view cases by last case comment in ascending or descending order?
