@mdfw, we don't have any big philosophy behind the settings. We have a role called "Inactive" and a rank called "Inactive". When we know that an employee is leaving the company, we are manually changing the role to "Inactive" and the rank is then set accordingly:

@ManishaS any timeline to get this fixed? We're on version 21.4 and no fix for that in there. Don't want to bother Support if this is a known issue being worked on 😉

We simply assign the Inactive role that changes the rank to Inactive as well.

Hi, For us, Khoros Care turns out to be a really good place to track first-time posters. This will also catch users that replied to an existing thread. If this is a part of the Community Analytics as well, we'll be more than happy to use it! Cheers, Karolina

Thanks @StanGromer for sharing! I don't know how this could work with our SSO protocol, but we do have a cross-resource gamification on our roadmap. This may indeed turn out to saving hours of work in the future 🙂 We'll see 🙂
